Guild rules, ranks, and whatever else.

OneWinged was originally founded by Sharowena and Youma (now Shisuu).

The guild rules go here. We tend to make them up as we go along, so things may change.

Commanders Position is reserved for level 50+ currently, as the guild grows this level will grow too
There are four Commander positions available:
Each position will have a different Class (Ea, Mg, Wb, Wr, Wf, Ep)
To gain this position you must challenge the same class you are in.
To challenge, you must have been in the guild for one month or better, be the same level as the person you wish to challenge, and beat them 2/3 duels
If there is no one of your same class in a position, you may challenge another class but must still meet all other requirements.


Captains Positions are given to at least the highest level in each class to start but you must earn your right to keep your rank.
Captains are to actively recruit, remain active in guild, and attempt to be friendly to those they recruit
Teaching new recruits how to use Guild chat, and directing them to the forum website will alleviate frustration
and allow a smoother transition into the guild.

Other Positions of Captain will be based on Choices by the VGM or GM as to who is worthy of the rank.



Under no circumstances is the guild ranks to be required to do any quests they do not wish to do for their recruits, or other members, but being friendly and helpful will help you in the end as well. Treat others how you would like to be treated
